Taking care about the quality of its products, MASter® has introduced a Quality Assurance System  in order to control production processes, quality of supplied raw materials and finished products. MASter® is a producer of concrete admixtures and fulfils the requirements of “2 +” quality control standard - we also control other production lines: finishing coats, primers, etc. Tests are performed on new, highly-specialized equipment enabling us to achieve very high production standards.

We strive to meet customer expectations therefore we cooperate with the INSTITUTE OF MINERAL BUILDING MATERIALS and Synthos lab to improve recipes of our products and develop new ones. MASter® closely cooperates with the INSTITUTE to certify works performed in our laboratory (concrete admixtures) and to perform tests on finishing coats (CE). Our products are regularly tested at the National Institute of Hygiene in Warsaw.

Highly qualified personnel employed in our laboratory, constantly supervise the production process. Moreover the laboratory is also used to create new products of high quality in order to meet the requirements of our customers. Each year we provide our customers with new, high quality products used for finishing and filling works and designed for wide range of applications.

    We test the graining of loose materials used in our production processes on laboratory shakers of “LPzE- 2e” type.

    We care about the environment, paying special attention to fulfil the requirements defined by REACH regulation. We put every effort to use only those raw materials that are not harmful to humans and animals.

    REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation of Chemical Substances) regulation aims to increase the availability of information about chemical substances and facilitate comprehensive assessment of the risk created by these s substance to human health and the environment.

    All our products are certified by the National Institute of Hygiene.

    We inspect the quality of our products using our own internal Quality Assurance System and basing on tests performed at the Institute of Mineral Building Materials in Krakow.

    Laboratory personnel work on professional laboratory mixers of ML-1,5 type.

    Laboratory mixer of ML type is a device designed for mixing and dispersing liquids (generating dispersion) in containers of different capacities. It is used for preparing dispersion paints, varnishes, enamels, pigments, dyes, glues and adhesives.

    12. We test the graining of loose materials used in our production processes on laboratory shakers of “LPzE- 2e” type.

    We also perform viscosity measurements, using V1/V2 rotational viscometers viscometer. Rotational viscometers of “V” type are state-of the art devices operating in accordance with ISO 2555 standard and compliant to majority of ASTM standards. The measurement is carried out applying Brookfield method.
